"Staff, location and amenities"

6th time visiting. We love the location that is walkable to most anything we want. The creekside location we requested was able to be given to us, and we were extremely happy with it, and the newly renovated villas. The manager Joe mentioned prior, that they trimmed back some trees, for better views, and this did not disappoint. Not sure if it was for views, or ease of bears climbing trees and going onto resort( which they can do anyways, lol), nonetheless, it needed it. We can tell staff has changed or improved since our previous visits. Everyone was always so helpful and nice. There was a surprise Luau lunch and fun, which the manager Joe was hands on. Next day, fall decor was going up. They are really on top of things here. Misty and Joe responded to all of my emails prior, professionally and promptly, and it was nice meeting them both. They helped make this vacation what we wanted.

"Great location"

We stayed at this resort while visiting Gatlinburg. This hotel is a perfect location. It is easy walking throughout Gatlinburg. There is a great view. The staff was very friendly. Our room was large and clean.
