Married and Cohab couples must be between the ages of 30 and 75 Single women are acceptable as long as they are legally single not engaged or living with their partners, also they have to be 35 to 75 years old and be economically independent with a minimum annual income of 55,000.00. Prospects must have a minimum 640 FICO score. Participants must not have attended a Epic Travelers presentation less than 12 months ago. Members Epic Travelers, beneficiaries of the memberships and direct family Couples must be legally married or living together for at least 2 consecutive years. Both partners must travel together and attend the presentation together. Separated or divorcing couples do not qualify. Couples: at least one person must be age 35-75. Singles: age 40-70. Couples: minimum household income of $75,000 USD / $105,000 CAD. Singles: minimum income of $100,000 USD / $135,000 CAD. Must be full-time employed or retired with qualifying retirement/investment income. Qualifying guest must have 2 valid major credit cards in their own name. No debit, check, corporate, supplementary/extension, or expired cards. U.S. or Canadian citizens only. Quebec residents and French Canadians do not qualify. Valid U.S. or Canadian passport required. Must speak, read, and write fluent English without a translator. Existing timeshare/vacation club ownership must be fully paid off, and all owners/co-owners must travel together. Must be willing to complete a soft credit screening. No bankruptcy or mortgage foreclosure within the last 12 months. Does not qualify if they have toured any vacation club or timeshare within the last 6 months. Does not qualify if they have stayed at The Fives and attended a Fives presentation within the last 12 months. Students, travel agents, hotel/airline employees, timeshare-industry employees/related individuals, and The Fives owners or members do not qualify. Cannot own full-ownership real estate in a city where a Fives resort is located, including Cancun or Riviera Maya. Group travel with multiple couples/families or affiliated parties is not allowed. Cannot attend another similar vacation club/timeshare presentation during the same trip. Anyone who has already been invited twice to participate in the promotional package does not qualify.
