My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Grand Sirenis. The resort exceeded all of my expectations. Staff was very attentive to our needs and wishes. Food was excellent, with two large buffets, six restaurants and other assorted eating spots through out the resort. Besides the main beach, we also found a couple of secluded beaches which were great. We normally do not return to the same resort twice but for this one, we will definitely make an exception.

About This Property

The gorgeous Grand Sirenis Resort is a tropical paradise, situated an hour from Cancun and just 20 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. This upscale property offers both indoor and outdoor lounges, 2 beautiful swimming pools and a separate children's pool with a lazy river, 8 separate restaurants, children's play areas, sun terraces with umbrellas and much more. Guests can take advantage of the activities on-site, or visit the nearby tourist attractions for plenty of fun.

The hotel boasts some of the most exciting snorkeling available in the area; situated on a natural cove-shaped reef. This provides the best opportunity for guests to see gorgeous tropical fish and coral. Those who choose to stay inside their immaculate, cozy rooms will enjoy balconies with views of the sea, as well as the best amenities available. The first of a 3-hotel complex, the Grand Sirenis property also features ancient Mayan ruins and cenotes. 1. Why is this vacation package so cheap?

We are able to offer this package to qualified participants at rates as low as 70% off of the retail rate because our resort partner is sponsoring the promotion. They subsidize the package in exchange for the opportunity to introduce their resort's frequent traveler vacation club program. Of course, you are under no obligation to join or purchase anything.

2. Are there any additional charges or fees associated with this package?

Yes, resort fees of $19.95 per night will apply.

3. When do I pay for my vacation package?

Payment must be made at time of reservation.

4. Are additional rooms available at a discounted rate?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional rooms at a discounted rate. These promotional prices are not intended for group travel. Friends, family, or people who know each other may not purchase packages to travel on the same or similar dates.

5. Is room service available at the Grand Sirenis Resort?

Yes, room service is available at the resort between the hours of 11am and 11pm.

6. Can I bring my pet to the Grand Sirenis?

While the Grand Sirenis is a very family and child-friendly hotel, to best accommodate all guests, it is a pet-free hotel.

7. What kind of entertainment is available for children?

In addition to the numerous activities available on-site, there is a separate children's pool and playground to keep the little ones busy. For children ages 4 to 12, there is a mini club with daily activities. Childcare services are available for a surcharge as well.

8. What kind of business accommodations are available?

The Grand Sirenis offers a business center as well as conference and meeting rooms to accommodate business travelers.

9. Are there lounges on the property?

The Grand Sirenis Resort Riviera Maya offers a host of lounges, including a beach bar, 2 poolside bar and 2 swim-up bars for guests' convenience.

10. Can I upgrade my room at this package price?

Because of the promotional nature of this package, upgrades are not available.

11. Do the rooms have views?

Each room has a beautifully furnished balcony that opens to garden, ocean, or beach views.

12. Is the hotel handicapped accessible?

Yes. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and there are handicapped accessible rooms available as well, to accommodate the needs of all guests.

The Grand Sirenis does offer a complimentary breakfast, as well as numerous other breakfast choices on-site.

Parking is free for guests during their stay.

Check in begins at 3 PM and check out time is 12 PM.

This place was amazing! The rooms and bathroom were a great size and always clean. The food in all the different restaurant was exquisite (I loved the Japanese). The coffee bar is a great thing to have especially when you are a caffeine junky like me. The nightly entertainment was always a great show. I have never been to a hotel with entertainment like this.

For my husband and I, we felt that it was really the most beautiful beach of all the resorts we have stayed at. My husband really enjoyed the snorkeling. I love to hang out at the beach when on vacation. We also enjoyed the pools here as well. The lazy river was nice. Would be great for kids!
