The resort is so well kept up and I can't say enough about the employees. Everyone from the wait staff to the entertainers made for a very enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and they have a very helpful and friendly staff who cannot do enough for you.

Just got back from this complex, and I thought it was a fantastic place. The beach is gorgeous; literally a few steps from the pool! The animation team was awesome! They work so hard and are always happy! I had a fantastic time.

What a pleasure to come back from a holiday and have nothing to moan about! My room was clean, well stocked mini bar and all electric items working and in good condition. All the staff were extremely friendly, and the animation team was fantastic. The nightly shows were of a high standard and featured great dancers. The food was varied each night and there was plenty to choose from; never a bad meal. The beach and pool-side areas were kept very clean as well.

Me and my friend stayed at Sirenis Cocotal and had a brilliant time!! We were greeted by dancers and a coctail when we arrived (fab), which makes you feel so welcome. The animation team were so funny and done lots of activities throughout the day! ALL staff really could not do enough to help you! Buffet food was good; I'm not the type to try different food but it was delicious.

The minibar was kept stocked, the bathroom was spacious and the beds comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and clearly made an effort to put finishing touches to the room to make it as special as possible.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Sirenis Cocotal. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the food was good and the entertainment was fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and will be returning again next year!

This hotel for me was fantastic and I was not ready to leave even after 2 weeks! I already plan to return here because I think we got amazing value for money and I enjoyed every minute of it. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family and cant wait to return!!

I will 10000000% be returning to this hotel; it is literally paradise and so much to say. I could go on forever about how great it was!

I've stayed in many hotels in places like Dom Rep and Cuba and this is by far the best! The beach was gorgeous and the pool was clean but busy. The pool bar staff Sergio and Yimi were so much fun and provided such good service!!
