Our food was top of the line and it was always available for us. There were many activities for children and adults. We deffinitly plan on coming back very soon.

1. Why is this vacation package so cheap?

We are able to offer this package to qualified participants at rates as low as 70% off of the retail rate because our resort partner is sponsoring the promotion. They subsidize the package in exchange for the opportunity to introduce their resort's frequent traveler vacation club program. Of course, you are under no obligation to join or purchase anything.

2. What kinds of activities or attractions are on-site?

There are numerous activities on site. From the 42-inch flat screen televisions to the 2 pools and kiddie water park, you'll never be bored. In addition, the resort is on the beautiful white-sand beach of the Mayan Riviera and within minutes of Playa Del Carmen's finest attractions.

3. When do I check in and out?

Guests can check in at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am.

4. Will I pay extra for the on-site activities?

With the all-inclusive package, on-site activities are complimentary, including the pools, child's pool, and choreographed activities.

5. With this package, can I upgrade to a suite?

Because this package is promotional, upgrading to a suite or multiple rooms is not possible.

The airport closest to the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort is the Cancun International Airport, which is about 45 minutes away.

This resort and beach was beautiful! I didn't have a care in the world. The resort was perfect. They have multiple pools, including an adult pool, a 24 hour snack bar/bar, 4-5 restaurants, beautiful beach, entertainment every night, 3 buffets, multiple bars, a lot of animals (hence the eco resort), cenotes, and a spa.

The resort is well laid out and while we were halfway back in the resort from the beach the kids never complained about the walking due to the wildlife, interesting pathways with the lagoons and cenotes.
