My hubby and I have stayed here many times with our kids and alone. The rooms have always been clean and the staff friendly. The walk-in specials are always great. We stayed 2 days before Christmas and walked to the show beside the hotel. (It was a great show) We refer our friends to this hotel because the value and most important the clean rooms.

We took a youth group here over the Summer and these folks were very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean, pools were great, it was a fabulous church retreat.

"bang for the buck"

Great place, great price with amazingly large and clean rooms. We are a family with an infant child and having the space for her to crawl and having a full sized refrigerator and kitchen was awesome. Hotel has a nice sized game room for children as well as a pool table for adults. I've stayed in many pricier hotels that didn't match up to this. By the way you can't beat free internet.

W e always enjoy our stay here, we come at least every month or so and have stayed at different hotels but this one has been the best rooms are clean and beds are also comfortable the front desk workers are always nice and eager to help, i would stay again in fact it's the only place we stay at when in town

"Great place to stay every year"

Our family has stayed here for several years during our summer trips we make to Pigeon Forge. Clean, roomy, great location, friendly staff and our children love the pools. The resturant next door has everything anyone could want on their buffets both for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The renovations and new decor are nice but the TV channels are few although the new TV's are great. Will stay again. Best time to stay is week day. Can't beat the rates during the week days. We like the interior hallways and having a good elevator. Hotel is not too big and not too little. Easy check in and out. Never had any bed bug experiences like others have posted about with all our years of staying there on our vacations.

"Glad we found spirit of the Smokies"

We go to Pigeon Forge 6 or 7 times a year, and have always searched for the perfect place to stay- 1. CLEAN 2. COMFORTABLE 3. AFFORDABLE 4. close to attractions Spirit of the smokies was all the above! The facility was clean, nicely appointed for the price, and even gave discounts on shows and dining. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The desk clerk was very friendly and the price was right! We will be going back in 2 weeks, and will definitely stay there!

This past March was my second time staying at this hotel and I LOVED IT! I stay here every March now for a singing competition in pigeon forge. I am from alabama, and I LOVE this hotel! Friendly, hard working staff, clean rooms, fast service, good swimming area, nice conference rooms, fun arcade, this is a hotel for everyone! Every time I have stayed here I have never had a problem with anything, which means NO, there are NO bedbugs. Also, very spacy rooms. I am staying here again this summer and cannot wait. :-) Love it!

"Beautiful-Best place in town"

We always stay here everytime we go to Pigeon Forge. It is really nice- they have just renovated it. We stayed in a room that had a jacuzzi in it with a King size bed. Great price, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping very attentative. Asked for an extra pillow and literally had one within 5 minutes. Great stay-love the location. Within walking distance to Wood Grill (that has great food and prices). Close to lot of attractions. Thank you for a good time at Spirit of the Smokies. Highly recommed it!

"You Have Got to Stay Here"

We just returned from our mini vacation and took the advice of a good friend to stay here. So glad that we did. I checked the beds and the entire room and could not find anything that was not super clean! The pools and hot tubs are awsome! My husband and kids loved the whole facility. We could not beleive the price compared to other places. I highly recommend this place to anyone who visits the smokies! Love it! Will stay here on all future visits.
