"Check them out"

If you've never been, you need to go. Very nice.The Smoky Mountains location isn't far away from my house but I'd had never really seen or heard about it. Enjoyed it, and looking forward to checking out the WestGate's Myrtle Beach resort sometime soon.

"An Outstanding Week"

Because my husband had to work through Thanksgiving and Christmas, we decided to spend a week in the mountains in January. Being timeshare owners in Orlando, FL , we knew about the quality of the Westgate name. Our lodge unit was beautiful. It was well furnished. The flat screen TVs and fireplace were great. The location was so convienient. The amenities on site were very impressive. The indoor water park and playground were outstanding. The arcade, fitness area, and restaurants were great. We enjoyed the live entertainment nightly, too. We were impressed wtih the well kept grounds also. There had been freezing rain the day before we left, but the parking lot and roads had all been treated so we had no problem with our express check-out. We look forward to visiting again.

"Beautiful Accommodations with an Incredible staff"

This is a beautiful resort, that truly is as accommodating as it is breath taking. It always sounds cliche to hear that a resort is appropriate for couples or families alike, but that statement holds true at Westgate. The rooms provide panoramic views of the smoky mountains, and the resorts amenities will never leave you lacking. Check-in services greeted us with a smile and helpful information for our stay, after which we were personally escorted to our impressive suite, complete with a fireplace, full kitchen, and in room jacuzzi tub. Meals at the resort's restaurant were both affordable and delicious, and the entire staff from head chef on down, were all so polite. It was everything from taking a dip in the heated pool, to sipping on coffee while siting on our own personal balcony that made this trip worthwhile. If you've been contemplating a trip to Gatlinburg, TN, or you just need a few days to refresh yourself, then Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Spa is a wonderful decision.

"Awesome Vacation"

The resort is beautiful and there is alot to do. The waterpark is fantastic, our grandson loved it even Mom and Dad enjoyed it. The rooms are very well kept. The food in the restaurant is good and prices are reasonable, we enjoyed it the first night we arrived. We had two bedrooms and there was a fireplace in each room which was nice in the evening. the views wew unbelievable and there is alot to do in the surrounding areas.

"Trip to Gatlinburg, TN, Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort January 2013"

This is the second year that we have chosen Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort as our January vacation. This resort wants to exceed your expectations and they do. The rooms are immaculate and well stocked. If a problem should arise it would be taken care of in minutes with one phone call. The staff is very courteous and helpful, Even in the off season there is so much to do and so much beauty in this area. Between the mountains, watching the wildlife, the shows and the restaurants, etc, this is a great place year round. This is a place I would definately recommend to a friend..

"Trip to Gatlinburg, TN"

My family and I , all nine of us, spent the Christmas holiday at this resort. It was oustanding. We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a second.From start to finish a great experience. I would highly recommend this resort.

"Awesome Spacious Rooms"

We have been Westgate owners since 2008. Gatlinburg is my favorite place to go because there are so many things to do in Gatlinburg and in Pidgeon Forge. We always get a spectacular view. We spent Christmas there with my sister and her husband. They were awed by the rooms. It created a memory I'll never forget.

"A Great Time was Had by all at Westgate Smoky Mtn."

We arrived and I think it snowed just for us! We wanted to experience the New Year in the Smokey’s!!The check in was quick and easy. Our accommodations were clean and spacious, we had some family members with us that had never been, and needless to say they are going back. They staff was so helpful, quick to help with directions and recommendations, The Smoke house grill has reasonable prices and great food, and the water park was just great (kids and adults alike) I have to say it was an enjoyable stay by all. Going back in 2014

"Winter in the Smokies"

We loved being back at the Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort, this being our first winter trip. Our accommodation was superb, spacious and warm and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The Water Park was a great indoor feature for the winter and the Trolley Bus into Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge was so useful. Third time for me and my wife, but first time for my eldest daughter and her husband, who want to come back again, not just for the shopping bargains. The summer is better because there is so much more to do, but it was a trip well worth making and we will be back. Thank you Westgate!

"Great place for a quiet getaway"

Very quiet resort and yet it's just minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Great room with a great view. I would reccommend to anyone.................I will be staying here in the near future.
